DAMASCUS – Get into the holiday spirit with the Damascus Garden Club holiday decorations sale.

“Come see us, and maybe even join the club”, said club president Marilyn Wingett.

The sale, which will be held Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 28021 U.S. Route 62, will feature several types of Christmas decorations, including ornaments, wreaths, candles, pillows, books, collectibles, decorations and holiday baskets.

Items range from gently used to new and donated by club members, with interior and exterior decorations for sale.

The club has donated its time and skills to the community for 62 years and supports the beautification of Damascus, maintaining many beautiful gardens across the community, such as the post office garden, replanting and maintaining the garden each year and placing seasonal decorations throughout the year. Proceeds from the sale will go towards the club’s many beautification projects throughout the community.
